Thanks! Im leaning on getting the rims powdered colored to gloss black, and maybe installing a window tint along with getting windshield ppf.
Longer term will def look to get the whole vehicle ppf'd as well.

Congrats on the new OT+ and welcome to the forum! We always like seeing photos, so post up some photos when you get a chance.
Just joined as my 26 Lux+ is due in next week. Found this group looking for wheel/tire set-ups that you folks have done, especially focused on 20’s as the 22’s are not quite what I want on this vehicle. After reading 43 pages of content, still not sure what direction I’m going but the forum has given me lots of insights. Appreciate all of the info as well as the pics.
The 550 will probably be a shared vehicle with my wife as her job requires some off-road use and when we have the grandkids (young enough to be able to use the jump seats) w/o too much discomfort but we will see.
Just acquires a new LC 500 and a 24 Porsche C2S manual for fun as well as a 23 Macan GTS. If I decide this one is for me, the Macan will hit the road with someone else behind the wheel although it’s great and not one issue other than a blown woofer.
Looking forward to learning more and being part of the group.

Been lurking and researching for a while and she's finally here. 2026 Overtrail+ in Nori Green. We got on the list in January and our allotted green one showed up in April but it had a black roof. We declined that one and placed an order for an all green OT+ in April, and we finally took her home a couple days ago. Looking forward to the build. I already have a 2012 460 with some mods and this new one will be the wife's car.
New to the forum with my new to me 24 OT+ can’t wait to start enjoying it and learning more about it here.

Hello, just registered on this site. Currently drive Audi Q8, but have ordered a 2026 GX 550 LX+. It’s 2-3 weeks away.
I am not very knowledgeable about wheels,tires and other after purchase upgrades etc. so looking to do some research on this site and ask some questions, seek advice.

I just found the forum, 24 hours after putting a deposit on an OT+ to be mine in the far distant future.
Grew up riding in a CJ5. Bought a Durango as soon as they came out. Can't wait to play in my new GX 550. I'll going to watch and read and wait impatiently for a shiny new car!

Hey. New to the forum and new to the GX family. Put a deposit on a 2026 white premium+ (premium her in Canada) last September and just got the call that it will be here mid October. Looking forward to finally getting it. Actually talked myself out of buying it a few months back but then decided, WTH, you only live once. Go ahead and make a bad financial decision and enjoy the journey! Looking forward to exploring the GX community and getting feedback. First thing I want to do is get a set of 22’s come spring!

Hello world! My GX 550 Overtrail+ rolled off the boat today! Just a matter of weeks now. I've never owned a Lexus so looking forward to this. I most recently was in a 6th gen 4Runner, and it was incredible to take on long journeys off road, but it only had 895 pounds of payload! I'm certainly going to enjoy carrying my gear on my long excursions in the GX and get it muddy!
