Installed the Fitcamx this morning, install was pretty simple, getting it to connect was frustrating till I reread the Fitcamx thread. Love the nonintrusive appearance.

We are avid campers ourselves, so when we are not engineering setups at Wheels Feels, we are out on the trails. We actually installed our own heavy duty drawer system right into our personal Lexus GX to test it in real world conditions, and it completely changed how we pack.



We spend a lot of time with the 3D scanner ensuring the side wings and main unit sit perfectly flush with the factory trim, so it is always satisfying to see it all come together. We ended up with a clean, 100% bolt-on layout with zero drilling into that fresh interior. It features heavy duty locking drawers for tools and gear, plus a rugged top platform that easily handles the weight of a heavy 12V fridge.

We also know that everyone has different travel styles. While we love our deep, spacious storage unit, we also created a slim platform system for those who prefer an ultra-sleek design. It maximizes headroom and keeps a low profile while still providing a flat, carpeted surface that matches the OEM look perfectly.

Nice. I just installed a drawer system in my 4runner and am considering on for the GX after its delivered. Initially I thought it was overkill for our needs, but I filled up the 5" drawers rather quickly with small tools, some recovery gear, and other misc. gear. Also nice to keep some items out of view.

FinGX, that is a fun run in VA/WV! We almost met on the same trail. We visited the area earlier in June. Visited the "Box Office Brewery" in a quaint town after that run. Camped on the access road just before the entrance.

I have a 2.5 readylift kit that was on it when I got it. Always rode very stiff and terrible over bumps compared to stock. Now it rides more like my other Overtrail. Less jumpy.

I installed these items as well and it definitely settled my rear end down. Before it was a bit jittery and wandered a bit - felt like some bump steer back there.

I just installed the Dr KDSS BOTCK (using stock bar) after reading the recent posts, and it definitely fixed the rear end, jittery slop I was experiencing after my MT64 lift. I had always thought it was tire-related (C-rated Toyos, alignment, tire, or improper inflation). Plus, I previously had the Westcott spacers (with un-corrected trackbar), so the feeling of the stock ride was long gone in my memory

I got the standard kit as I had a 3.5” difference between each side. The bar was previously slanted down towards the lower bolt in the photo.

@IntrinoX/BBO gave me the best deal for them (as they hardly go on sale), and they arrived the next day since I’m in CA. The install took about 30 min on my driveway.

Watch the YouTube install video, and it’s as easy as the video. No need to drop the spare or remove any tires.

Highly recommended and an often overlooked mod for every lifted GX.

Spent Monday & Tuesday drilling and sampling soil in Casa Grande, AZ. The Bobcat rig got good & stuck in the mud on Tuesday and I had to yank it out with the GX. Was a slippery, muddy mess with the client and railroad personnel watching so I didn't have time to get any actual recovery photos.
