I have no interest in the hybrid with the crappy designed rear cargo raised battery

Do you think lexus will still offer the v6 for 2025+ or will it be hybrid only?

Trying to see if I need to act now to buy what I want

Of course it would be offered, why would they do the R&D for a one year engine?

To me the V6 will be the uppity tow pig and the hybrid 4 will be the mileage queen. Although I'd just get a Landcruiser at that point since I like buttons over screens. 🤷‍♂️

This is why I bought my GX550 now.....don't trust what might come down from more woke crap in the govt. wanting to go more electric/hybrid. I need this Gx550 for towing and off road with reliability. The 8 speed automatic has some failures and problems in the hybrid and has smaller axles hence limit 6,000 lb towing. The v6 has been smoother and preferred from reviews I have seen. Overtrail has 9,096 lb tow rating.

Difficult to say for sure.

I’d say a V6 of some kind remains. Could end up electrified with a hybrid or mild hybrid though.

Mike hybrids are pretty common in the high end segment and quite good.
