I decided to finally invest in a dashcam after seeing how it saved my friend from insurance and police headaches after another driver made a left turn in front of him, forcing my friend off the road totalling his car, and then lying to police about it. I went with the wolfbox g900 pro because I liked how it integrated cameras and rearview mirror into one unit. I mounted my rearview camera high up on the rear spoiler just below the brake light since I frequently carry a motorcycle on a hitch carrier and wanted a clearer view. Plus now I can think about rear storage systems without worrying about blocking the rear view.

What I like:
  1. The rear camera has a wide lens which let me virtually eliminate all blind spots around the GX
  2. Good quality video for both front and rear cameras in day and at night
  3. Relatively straightforward setup to get the camera up and running, but does require much more planning on where you want the camera positioned and how you want to hide the wires for a clean install
  4. Ability to download videos via Wi-Fi and voice commands
  5. Display has a mirror finish as backup in case video is not working (I have not had need for this backup, but good just in case)
What I don't like:
  1. Vehicles are MUCH closer than they appear to be in the rear view and I have to reorient my brain to this
  2. Mirror finish can result in overlapping images depending on where my eyes are focused (either looking at the reflected image from behind me vs. the image shown on the screen). Turning up the screen brightness helps to keep my focus on the screen image.
  3. Having a separate GPS module. Ended up not installing this one as running google maps on android auto was enough for me.
Installation:

I purchased this module from dongar and a mirror mount adapter after seeing another members' build thread and would recommend it to keep the installation clean.

I followed this video to detach the rear spoiler.

After detaching the rear spoiler, I used a few plastic trim pry tools to separate the top and bottom portions of the spoiler. One side is held on by rows of tacky double sided tape so best I could do was prop it open while the camera was being mounted. After the camera was attached with a screw for extra security, the wires were run through and hidden inside the center rubber boot. I used a bit of black silicone to seal off the whole i drilled for the camera wire.

There's an extra positive wire in the rear camera harness that's supposed to be spliced to the reverse lights. Using this would turn on reverse mode on the camera with guide lines. I skipped this step as I feel the camera system on my OT+ already does a great job at this. I taped the exposed end of this wire and tucked it into the headliner.

The rear camera wire was tucked into the headliner and above the driver side door seals all the way to the front. The dongar unit was attached to the harness powering the OEM rear view mirror which was taken off. The plastic cover surrounding the mirror mount needed to be modified a bit to fit the larger mirror mount adapter.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the setup and being able to see more clearly around the GX. Fingers crossed the cameras will only ever be used to share videos of off roading.
