I suggest you print off that LTSB, attached in Jabber's first post in this thread, and take it with you to speak with the service manager. The dealer can't do anything for you without actually verifying the issue, themselves. Once that happens, they'll order the parts and make an appointment. I had mine repaired in early August, and the parts still took a month to arrive at the dealership. It's a one-day repair job. I dropped my GX off around noon, took a loaner car home, and then went back the next day to pick it up. No mo' squeal!Very helpful thread
