Absolutely zero issues with radar from Texas to NC and back. Go forth and black out those emblems!

I'm on a three day fishing road trip and used the adaptive cruise control for the first time. VERY slick, and no issues with the black front emblem cover.

Side note: Don't be an idiot like me when applying the sticker. I was obsessed with making sure I had it centered up/down and left/right when sticking it on. But I sort of didn’t pay attention to the rotational part, so the bottom part of the “L” isn’t exactly level, and it drives me a little nuts.

I assumed I may screw something up so I originally ordered two (have one new one left). Think I’ll wait to see if the one that’s on there gets beat up before ripping it off and properly sticking the new one on.

If the emblem is covered with "some type of material" seems like one might be entering an area of "legalisms" where if anything goes wrong with the drivers' assist methods/systems, Lexus might have some "wiggle room" and not want to "honor" any problems.

My OT plus had front emblem tinted smoke - but i didnt find it dark enough… Kayden at Esoteric is waiting for the darker film to come back into stock for it to be redone..

Personally I like either very subdued / near black or not at all.
