Hello all,
Been following this forum since last summer. At that time I jumped onto 6 dealer wait lists (one with a $500 refundable deposit). One of them finally came through about 3 weeks ago!
No luck having the dealer delete the roof rack (now removed and for sale) or the rock rails. All the other ‘options’ didn’t really bother me.
I replaced our ‘22 TRD Sport Sequoia with the GX. I originally intended to upgrade to the newer Sequoia…but Toyota fouled that plan up. The hybrid battery bump and the mandatory, non-removable 3rd row seating (unlike my earlier ‘92 LC) is ill-suited for packing cargo and gear.
I went for the GX for a long list of reasons.
I now have about 700 miles. I’ve ‘maybe’ experienced the vibration issue; I have the minor hood flutter issue - which I’ll fix later; I have a bit of the brake squeal while reversing out of the garage; and the wind noise at higher speeds which I will experiment with.
Really like the GX a lot. Everything I expected.
Happy New Year’s to all!
