Hello from Colorado. My wife and I have overlanded and camped in our Tacoma and 4Runner for years. We recently bought a camper (Reign 13RK), which has been a struggle for the Tacoma, especially up mountain passes such as Monarch. I started looking at Tundra TRD Pros and Sequoia TRD Pros, but all of my research pointed to a GX550. I test drove one at the local Lexus dealer and was super impressed with it. Sadly, I was informed there is a 12+month waitlist for the spec I wanted. I checked with dealers in Denver and got the same story. Soooo, I found a 2024 Overtrail in Nori Green with 16K miles for a decent price and then sold my 4Runner. It was more than I expected, but nationwide prices are high and have been since day 1. Here are a few pics of our Tacoma, 4Runner, and GX550.

I told my wife I'll hold off on mods, but I don't think I'll last very long because of the many nice builds I have been looking at
