Pulled the trigger. Hopefully I won’t regret it

Actually this is the same guy who sold me my first gx so I trust him. Atleast enough to not try to oversell me on “accessories”. I’m probably getting out of the gx in another couple years so trying to see if it makes sense to spend $1200 bucks on a coating. Especially if it only lasts a year.

Stinks that there are literally zero differences between the 2024 and 2026 lux+. Atleast on the OTs thy added some lift and the compressor.

Those are mostly scams, however, I asked my dealer specifically who does it and the process and found out they use a reputable shop with full paint decontamination, clay bar etc. and it takes a couple of days. I was suprised at the level of detai which was comparable to my experiences with other shops The value to me is convenience and a loaner so depends

Yea. I think I’ll probably pass. I’m likely keeping the car for at most 2-3years so I think I can do without spending another 1.2k.
