24 vs 25 OT OEM 1” Lift Details via reddit

I ordered U & Q, but not T. Both sets of mine will be delivered to my mechanic’s shop on Monday and hopefully we will have them on by mid-week. I’ll post an update as soon as they are installed.
Any updates on your install? I had a last minute work trip come up and won't be able to get my set installed until I'm back.

Mine got pushed out too…I dropped the truck at my indy shop for install this week but he wasn’t able to get to it yet and I have the hood flutter “fix” scheduled for drop off Monday at the stealership, so I could be another week out or so.

My apologies

The install appears pretty straight forward in that the wire on the strut will pass through the nut after removing the protective harness cage that is around the connection. The video of the pre-load westcott lift on the tundra with avs shows the process.

Just got a note from my dealer that the new springs should be in in mid-June. I suppose I would have gotten them sooner if I ordered them elsewhere, but I wanted this to go through the dealer, both ordering them and having them installed there. My hope is less hassle later, but it may not help :).
Want to hear from early adopters to see if it actually accomplishes our goal of a 1" lift.

I just received my springs. What is a decent price for a spring install? I have quotes from 375 to 2000. Most average 600 to 700 without alignment.

Still waiting for my springs. It would as I've said before be interesting to hear from someone who has made the swap to see what they observe regarding ground clearance.

Mine is at the shop as we speak. Been a long couple of weeks waiting, but travel and life got in the way.

Good news is that I finally got my 80 sorted and she’s ready to go!

Where did you get your LC work done? I see you live in southern MS, where a school roommate I had many years ago grew up.
The body/paint/build out was done by a good friend of mine in West Plains, MO named Jason Harris at Ozark Overland Outfitters. My mechanical stuff on the 80, and my others, has been done with an another good friend of mine named Eric Gunther at Eric's Automotive in Pascagoula, MS. He was the master mechanic for nearly 20 years at the local Toyota store and decided to open his own shop a few years back. He's the only guy on the gulf coast that I let touch my trucks.

He just finished the spring upgrade on my GX550 and here is the outcome:

The measurements he took were from the center of the fender at each wheel from the ground.
Third photo is how sits currently and fourth one is the best photo I had of the side profile before.
