"Here’s my overtrail with westcott lift, method 705 17x8.5 +35, Toyo open country at3 285/75/17"

Same build as mine. Could be twins. How could I say anything but I like it. Nice truck!!

Gorgeous rig. Just ordered the Wescott lift yesterday.

What size wheels and tires?

Any rubbing?
you’ll find lots on this forum and reddit and youtube that lead you back to the +35mm method 703’s wrapped in any 35x12.5x17. i went with toyo at3.

you need to remove the crash bars but that’s really about it unless you’re really fussy or expecting a ton of articulation and maybe want to trim the leading edge of the wheel well. i didn’t bother. i won’t be doing crazy shit with this rig. it’s fine. lots of examples all over the internets with a quick goog on how/what to do if you wanna.

enjoy!

Does either of you with this setup have a shot down the side of the vehicle to get a sense for the amount of "poke"?

Similar setup but at +25 offset. +35 will be more tucked.

This is as close as I can get to a good side view. I put the GX in storage while we remodel our house and garage so I can't go out and take a picture of it as it sits now.

Does anyone know the largest tire size you can put on a stock wheel that will still fit it the spare well? A stock tire is 32.6" and a 285/75R17 is 33.8" I believe. That's a 1.2" difference. I would just like to reduce that delta as much as possible.

275/70R18. Anything larger may fit but will sit lower. Six Overland claimed to fit a Falken 34" in the spare location. I couldn't fit a 33.8" so not sure how it was accomplished.

If anyone is planning on swapping out their 18" Overtrail stock wheels, I'd be interested in buying them. I'm in the pacific northwest and can meet in this region, but also willing to look at shipping. PM me if you're interested.
I am getting ready to buy some customs. I only have a 150 miles on my 2025 Overtrail stock tires and wheels. I live in Tucson.

What are you thinking of buying? I just got the same but Nori

I been thinking about 22” wheels

Haven’t decided about tires, but want All Terrain, maybe KO3, or something quiet like that, it’s my wife vehicle
