They're 275/65/20 SL Nitto Terra Grappler G3 tire on the stock premium+ 20" rims. Little over a 34" tire. Fits without any modifications/trimming on the stock rims.

Very nice build! I removed the crash bars for more clearance and my tires are slightly smaller than yours at 285/75R17. My offset of +25 is probably the reason for rubbing.
