Very nice build! I removed the crash bars for more clearance and my tires are slightly smaller than yours at 285/75R17. My offset of +25 is probably the reason for rubbing.

For those running Volk/Rays, what hubcentric rings ya’ll using? Looks like I’ll need 112-95.1 for these TEs
That’s what I purchased for the ZE40X. The wheels are stuck in custom and the extended studs are not here yet. Hoping to have them installed in two weeks.

Falken is a true 34" tire which should be fine with stock suspension at +44 offset. Any larger and you'll probably hit the upper control arm and rub the inner lining at full turn.

Are you planning to change to longer studs for the wheels?

Can you help me understand why the Westcott lift is required for no rub? Unless your bump stops have changed, the suspension travel (most notably into the wheel well) remains unchanged. The preload collar basically just stiffens the spring, so it sits a little higher while resting.

I understand your point. However, the lower bumper/valance was the main point of concern. This picture is with a lift installed already and it was extremely close when I had my steering wheel slightly turned. This isn't a good reference picture as the my steering wheel is straight here and it looks like there's quite a bit of room but with the wheel turned it's very close. So it may be possible with the wheel and tire fitment I went with but unfortunately I had the lift installed before the wheels/tires arrived so I couldn't test It out.

You don’t need a lift on 2025s with additional 1 inch stock compared to 2024 OTs to fit 35 tires as long as you are using Bronco Sasquatch Goodyear wrangler tires

Forgot to mention my GX is a 2024. Interesting about the 2025 with the Goodyear Wrangler Territory's ... it's not a true 35 (34.4") but it is a lot wider (12.4") than the Toyo AT3 35x11.5. Wonder if a narrower tire in a true 35 would work on stock 2025.
