Hi all, new GX owner here. I have a 2025 Premium+. Looking to get a set of new wheels and need some help/advice. Thinking of getting a set of wheels that are 18x8 +22 offset. Would I be able to fit a 285/70/18 tire size without any cutting or trimming on Stock suspension? Thanks in advance!

It's going to be close. Worst case you may need a level or to remove the mud flaps and crash guards. It's going to come down to which tire you run as some are a little more squared than others but this is a common setup and is not overly aggressive. Good luck!

Others with a stock height ‘25 Prem+ will know better.
However, I have a lifted ‘24 OT (OME MT64 kit) with an 18x8 +25 wheel and the Toyo AT3 E-rated 285/70/18 that did not require cutting or trimming (with, after a new alignment).
As far as poke goes..it’s perfect, a very small amount, and looks great with the Overtrail wheel arch.

If you want to know the Vossens look like in 18 inch. Here you go! I got this size so I can still air down for off-road trails.

I love the look. Is that stock suspension? I'm considering 18 Vossens and would like to put larger winter tires but I have stock suspension and don't want to lift or make any modifications.

That's a BBS TS-M. These do come in an appropriate GX fitment though they're slightly aggressive. The common size for these is 18x9 ET0 so it's aggressive but not crazy. Should look really good if you don't mind a little poke.

Any plans to carry these? I would be looking at the 20" potentially and really like this style wheel.

Yes, we actually have already signed up to carry these and they will be on the site soon! I just reached out to my rep about the 20" versions--that wasn't in the catalogue but I know they do make them so I should be able to source these for you.

So a 275/60/20 will fit in the spare location but will a 285/60/20 fit in the spare? Toyo AT3.

I have a 33.7 tire mounted on the OT rim up there. A very snug fit..but I think a few others have stated like a 33.9, 34.0 fits in there. IIRC.. they did a fair amount of deflation and used a bottle jack, and maybe a crowbar to fully tuck it in.

I was just under there inspecting my new DrKDSS bracket and track bar. The track bar is maybe 1/8 inch clearance from the spare..if that. At the very back the lower bumper curved plastic piece is right up against the spare; but the plastic can be pushed back a bit and/or trimmed.
I’m not sure about the 2 metal alignment tabs; with a different exhaust system layout one of those tabs could possibly be mod’d? And I’m not sure about the other tab.

Appreciate all the help getting this figured out. The 17 inch methods with some sidewall are going to look so much better than these 22’s. Hopefully I can find someone that will want the 22’s!

Just installed these. BBS 18x9 18 mm offset with BFG A/Ts 275/65/18. probably could have gone 285s because these fit easily.
