GX550 Real World MPG (8 Viewers)

Impressive. What model? Stock? And I assume 95% Highway with minimal traffic?

2025 Base mode. ZERO mods. 100% highway....no traffic, speed limit driving and flat road.

Car is on ECON mode.

I fill the tank to the top of the filler tube (like, the gas rests right below where the cap screws into) and run it about 40-50 miles past when the miles left in the tank hit's zero. I regularly get 500+ miles per tank.

People on Facebook call me a liar, full of BS...but I'm simply reporting what I get. Believe it, great...don't, that's ok too. :)

The other thing to note... my before commute miles to empty was 225 and my miles to empty after my commute was 177. That difference is 48 miles. My commute is 59 miles... so I beat the computer estimate by 11 miles :)

I drive mostly in eco mode keeping my accelerations under control. my latest combo hiway/city is 18.6. no off road yet. upcoming trip to Flacier Nat'l park this saturday so I will have update when I get back.

My overall average is about 17. I can get 19-20 strictly between highway stops. But I do get 9 at times just around town. Seems I get much better than many here.

2025 GX550 Overtrail+
B.F. Goodrich 265/70R18/E 124/121S RWL KO3s
2000 miles on odometer

Averaging approximately 20mpg combined city/highway.

I'm curious to see how temperature will affect the GX550 as we are entering the fall and winter months with significantly lower temperatures.
