I picked up a 2025 Lux+ a few months ago, and I've been looking for ideas to help support the rear sag. The boat/trailer is about 6k lbs and I'm not worried about towing or stopping with it, but the sag is enough to make me want something extra back there. I've seen some posts regarding airbags either inside the rear coil or right next to it, and I've used the bags inside coils on previous vehicles and been happy with those, but the Lux+ trim has what Lexus is calling an "insulator cshn" (I assume "Insulator Cushion", and maybe the other trims have it, too?). It's part #48302-60150, and #7 in the attached diagram.
Any idea if I can remove this to put an airbag inside? Thanks in advance!
