I'm another NTX (DFW area) 2026 Lexus GX Overtrail owner in the Earth color way. I'm coming in from previously owning a 2004 Honda S2000 and a 2022 Toyota RAV4 XSE. I've previously owned a 2004 Saleen S281, Saturn Sky Redline, 1990 Ford Bronco, and some other basic cars. I've cooled a bit from being a "car guy" and more of a "car appreciator" with a desire to have a capable vehicle for when we travel (we've hit about half the national parks) and do some off-roading in Sedona, Moab, etc.
Placed the order in September 2025, and just took delivery just under two weeks ago. I installed the FitcamX dash cam, Rally Armor mud flaps, 3M Tint all around, Fuel & Fire extras, and WeatherTech mats.
I've ordered a Westcott Roof Rack and Westcott Rock Sliders. That's about where the end of the customization is until I decide to get a beam installed, so I can raise up my garage door to a proper 8-9 foot.
I look forward to reading up more about the truck, and recommendations from others.
