Lastly the massage seats need a boost in power and for Gods sake, why does it require 7 steps to activate and get back to the original screen all while driving to turn this on. Should also be a setting that pops up with continue y/n so you don't have to go back through 7 touch screen steps again.

I second this. At least displaying the massage options for both seats at the same time, there is plenty of screen space for this arrangeement. Right now it is so clumsy that you select a seat, turn it on and select other options for that seat, and get back to select the other seat to repeat the process again. Why just not just show the options for both seats on the same screen so they could be adjusted individually at the same time. This is beyond comprehension.

And in addition, the car cannot be driven in accesories mode and I would like to have the option for the driver's seat and steering wheel to be fully retracted in this mode.

Definitely one of the biggest fails when it takes 4-5 presses to engage the massage function. This defines what I hate about digital controls, as you have to take your eyes off the road. My wife's Audi adds a button on the side seat controls; when you touch the center of the adjustment rocker it engages massage mode. Also, the fact that the lumbar adjustment only goes in/out, instead of up/down, means that tall (or small) folks can never get the lumbar support in the right spot. That may work on Toyotas, but is NOT appropriate on an Lexus!
