I accidently overtorq and it snapped.

The plastic trim has large holes and the bolts (as you can see from Harry1983's pics) have a matching section that sits proud of the bolt head, in order to allow the bolt to secure the skidplate without crushing the plastic.Lexus Part no. is 90109-06388.

By the way, that long narrow piece (Front Bumper Guard) you are reattaching is made of soft-ish plastic, and I'd think the plastic would deform (squeeze) before the fastener would snap. That's an educated guess, not from actual experience.

It's not my favorite design, because you really have to tighten the hell out of the silver skidplate bolts to prevent it rattling, but you need to be kinda careful about these black ones (hand tools only, I suggest). Sorry about the bad luck, Harry - hope the repair goes well.
