OEM Air Compressor (1 Viewer)

Does the compressor need a break in between filling up each tire? I know the simpler units you get at home depot ask not to run longer than 2-5minutes then giving the compressor a break.
I have not had any issues filling up 4 tires from 15psi to 35psi, even in high ambient temps using the oem compressor.

You might run into problems if you go up in tire size. Like 34"+

Manual notes about 30 min duty free, but ambient temps will play in. Should be good for most 4 tire maybe 8 fill ups without cooling. It has a thermal shut off and display will note.

Not likely to fit as the compartment sizes are different with the 3rd row seating and might not have the extra connector there
That was kind of what I was thinking. Dealerships I've talked to haven't been able to any kind of definite answer, but one said it wouldn't be a problem to install it. I was hoping the connector would be there and I could buy the interior trim piece and the compressor.

I completed the install today. I couldn’t find a writeup online so I’ll give a quick one.

You will need to pull the rear cargo floor first, then remove the entire side plastic panel. Easily completed by removing lower seatbelt bolt and 3 10mm fasteners.

You will need to drill out the melted rivers on the cubby. Do not over drill as it will come through the front of the panel!

Once removed loosely and install the 3 provided screws to affix the bracket to the compressor. Interlace the nutserts on the right side and bolt the 3 fasteners through the body. The bracket is bolted to the inside of the jack cradle.

There is one plug that plugs into the panel and the rest go between the panel and the compressor.
What year is your vehicle?
