For my ears it's a solid upgrade, but not sure if it's really worth the $800. About half that price like almost all their other factory amp upgrades go for and I'd say definitely yes.Hey guys, how are you all still liking the amp? Any issues? Still worth it? thx
How did you disable ANC?I had the thump on start too and fixed with removing ANC. Not sure I can tell any difference in cabin noise compared to having ANC on, so no big deal to me. Makes sense there could be issues there with the stereo trying to create artificial frequencies or whatever to offset noise it perceives.
I'm with SFLGX though in that I didn't notice a major upgrade in sound quality. I did certainly notice the volume doesn't need to be cranked way high anymore to get it at a good volume for jamming out and probably a little improvement in quality, just nothing what I would consider major at all.
no. it's just for the TX. nothing yet for the GX.there is a service bulletin for ML amps they have a new amp you should reach out to the dealer
