That looks sharp!I just replaced my tires and wheels with 20" Vossen HFX-2 along with Cooper Discover AT 275/60/20. Could not be happier. Stock suspension
Looks clean bro. Thx for posting this.Just got back from discount tire. Very happy with the overall look. The poke is just slightly beyond the fender. Currently waiting for the center caps to arrive and unfortunately, the lug nuts that I had from another set of wheels weren’t compatible with this set so I ended up having to buy the only thing that discount tire had in stock, which happened to be those super long 2 inch lug nuts. Will be swapping those out soon as well.
The tires are Toyo AT3 275/70/18. Stock suspension.

Not at all. These tires are money. A bunch of people have been running them. They are the EV-rated tire that should at least last twice as long as the OEM tires. They also look much more aggressive with deeper grooves. It's a really great compromise for a tire that spends most of its life on pavement with the occasional gravel service road duty. The weight is also very impressive, coming in around 42lbs per tire. I think I am currently 6-7lbs lighter overall per corner between wheels and tires, while gaining more sidewallLooks clean bro. Thx for posting this.
No rubbing issues whatsoever? Smoother ride than the stock tires
Did you end up getting rings? I read that rings can’t be used with TE37xt because the center caps slip on from behind the wheel. Looking for confirmation.Question on Hub Centric Rings! I ordered Rays Volk Racing TE37XT wheels in 18"x8" +20mm offset. The wheel bore is 112mm and the GX hub bore is 95mm. I also have Rays lug nuts coming as well. For those of you that put wheels on with a larger hub bore did you run hub centric rings 112mm OD to 95.1mm. I'm worried about vibration. I know that the lug nuts will center the rim on the truck, that being said I'm $6500 deep on these 5 wheels and full kit so I am just checking if anyone else had issues. Thanks
Yes, those wheels are designed to be lug centric. Just use the Ray's lug nuts and you're good to go.Did you end up getting rings? I read that rings can’t be used with TE37xt because the center caps slip on from behind the wheel. Looking for confirmation.
I ended up getting the 106-95.1mm hub centric rings. I slid those on the hub and the center cap fits over helping to center hang the wheel. It mechanically does nothing once torqued down but they help align the wheel while tightening the lug nuts.Yes, those wheels are designed to be lug centric. I did not use any rings on my Rays Gram Lights wheels, the lugs center the wheel when torqued down. I agree not needed. I just put them on bc after spending $930 a wheel and $405 for the rays lug nuts and $43 a center cap, my brain liked that the wheel hung more centered off the hub than using the lug nuts to center from a full weight hang on the studs. I raced NASA ST1 Corvette for 15 years and wouldn't use rings on a race car either. It was more of me not being happy with my self if i scratched the wheel mounting it. By center hanging the wheel with the hub centric ring behind the center cap it gives the socket more room from rubbing on the wheel while torquing down. Just a piece of mind for my crazy head. after the first off road trip and scratch I will probably take them off and not care. BTW, I also don't use rings on my Miata racer car/autocrosser on race tires and have been doing so for years.
I’ve got a similar setup—20” Touren rims with Nitto Terra Grapplers (275/60R20, +18 offset) on a stock lift. I’ve been running them for about 5k miles now and have been dealing with intermittent vibration. I’ve had them road force balanced and tried both with and without hub-centric rings, but it still comes and goes. Curious how your ride feels?I just replaced my tires and wheels with 20" Vossen HFX-2 along with Cooper Discover AT 275/60/20. Could not be happier. Stock suspension

Did you also fit an equivalent tire in the spare location?Got my tires and wheels mounted so I can finally contribute to this thread.
Special thanks to everyone who posted their pics/specs before me...it helped me in figuring out my "ideal" wheel/tire spec
2025 Lux+ on Stock suspension
Volk TE37xt (Shadow Black)
17x8 +20
285/70/17 Toyo Open Country (SL)
Total Weight: ~65LBs vs. ~80lbs for 22" OEM Lux+ wheels
My takeaways:
- Fitment: No rubbing or trimming and in fact, it looks like I could've gone 285/75 but I've read folks start rubbing at that size (on stock, non-OT suspension)
- 17" wheel - This wheel barely cleared the front brake calipers so be careful on where the wheel weights are stuck on as there might not be enough tolerance to clear it.
- Noise/Vibration/Harshness: Definitely hear more "humming" while driving. Hoping it settles a little once the tire get more mileage. slightly more vibration but I feel there's a little less harshness and more "plush-feel" Will need to get more miles on it.
- Poke: I didn't want "that" much poke but it's ok. I think +30 offset is perfect but it even if Rays made that spec, it would have less "lip" on the TE37xt so I'm happy with the compromise. I also installed the front mud flap to limit the debris it will sling up.
- Definitely happy about the weight savings.
- Worth noting since there's a separate thread about this... I got about ~5 full turns on the Rays lug nuts. I measured the stock nuts and it was about 9 full turns so definitely less. I will keep an eye on it and re-tighten every few hundred miles.

Hi Bob I am considering purchasing the same vossen hf 6-4 18x8.5 +35 offset in gunmetal with 275/70/18 nitto grappler g3 tires. I have a stock 24 Overtrail plus. Does your set up have any rubbing issues and is it pretty flush that it doesn’t kick up a lot of rock chips to scratch the paint?Premium plus, no lift. 275/70/18 Toyo Open country on Vossen HF6-4 18” +35mm. Thank you to this thread for helping me with this setup. The bronze looks so good with the nori imo.

There would be no rubbing issues by going to 275/70R18. You are going from 10.4" to 10.8" in width and 32.6" to 33.2" in height. Moreover, by going to offset +35 from +50 the tire would be .39" farther away from OEM.Hi Bob I am considering purchasing the same vossen hf 6-4 18x8.5 +35 offset in gunmetal with 275/70/18 nitto grappler g3 tires.
