I have 4 5-gallon jugs of water and 4 oem overtrail wheels in the cargo area to level it out.

Anyone that has the MT64 kit, if you aren't adding any weight how did you fix your rake? These kits were made for the lc250 & GX550. Problem is the LC250 has a 2-300 pound battery over the rear axle to level it out. My rake with the empty cargo area is about 1.5-1.75 inches.
Do you have a shot down the side showing how flush/how much poke you have with the offset and 275’s?

My MT64 kit includes adjustable front struts..that you / your installer dials in during installation to gain or set or eliminate the front rake you want. It’s not a day-to-day or per trip adjustment - but it’s adjustable to accommodate future, heavier setups: say, adding a future front bumper (or rear bumper) or more weight up top (RTT), etc.

In my case we intentionally dialed in a bit (1”.. I don’t know) of front rake to accommodate adding my camping trailer onto the hitch, and extra gear in the back during camping trips.

Just got home. I will take some photos tomorrow while the sun it out so you can see the poke, but this offset is aggressive. This setup gives the most poke possible without any rubbing or having to remove anything under normal driving conditions and reversing with the steering turned at full lock. Still not sure if I would rub at full articulation while offroading, but so far no rub at all.

I am aware of the six perch clip preload adjustment positions. ARB ships the front struts at the highest perch setting, which is intended to provide about 3 inches of lift. I called the installation shop yesterday to confirm which setting was used during installation, and they told me it was set at the highest position. They also asked me to bring the truck in on Tuesday so they can confirm it in person.

I should also note that I have the Dr. KDSS BOTCK installed. After the MT64 kit was installed, I measured from the ground to the midpoint of each panhard bar bolt and found a 3.5-inch difference side to side. Based on that measurement, Dr. KDSS advised that the standard correction bracket was the appropriate choice. The panhard bar is now nearly level, with only about a half-inch difference between the mounting bolt heights from the ground.

Haha thanks. I'm actually considering switching to a higher offset wheel and go with a more sleek and stealth look vs aggressive. Just left church and I think it looked a bit aggressive in that parking lot lol
Lmk! I have some!

Looks great - what year Overtrail is yours?

I was planning to run this exact tire size with similar wheel specs (if not identical), but no lift, factory suspension.

I'd imagine the truck would sit a bit lower (less wheel gap) on stock suspension?

mine is a 2025 over trail plus. I’m driving home right now with some new 35 x 11 1/2“ wide tires on it to see if it helps to make the rake less obvious.. I'll snap some photos when I get home.

Sounds good - yeah I'm going for a simple OEM+ look, so I think the 275/70/18 size will be fine.

make sure you get a load range C tire. The 35sI am driving on right now are load range C and are much more comfortable already from what I can tell so far compared to my KO3s

Rig in the first photo is with 275/70r18 KO3 + 287 pounds of weight in the cargo area to make it sit level
Rig in the right photo is with 35x11.5r18 ATW load range C with the cargo area empty

Nice - so you just stated that the first photo is "285/70/18". Was it actually that size, or 275/70/18 as indicated in your earlier posts?

If you’re in the SoCal area and near 88 Rotors, I highly recommend them. They’ve done quite a bit of work on both my GX460 and GX550. Their work quality is excellent and, most importantly to me, they’re very efficient. If you have questions or concerns about wheel offset and tire sizing, they can definitely help. I’ve never left their shop with rubbing issues, even though I ran aggressive wheel offsets and tire setups on both vehicles. I’m not affiliated with 88 Rotors and don’t get anything from recommending them. I go there because I’ve tried other shops, and 88 Rotors is head and shoulders above the rest. You won’t have to leave your rig overnight or spend your whole day there just to get your lift installed. They’re a high-volume shop and already have the specs most people are trying to achieve dialed in.
