You are going to love it, game changer!Beatsonic magic box arrived yesterday - will try to install tomorrow!
I haven’t played with the settings too much. Have the gain on the Beatsonic amp turned up to about 90% across the board. Turned the high end and low up just a little bit higher than the mid in the equalizer. Have the balance set all the way to the front since I rarely have people in the back seat (and I just find it weird to have music coming at you from behind). I would normally turn the base up more than the treble, but worried that the stock speakers can’t handle it (the stock Pioneer highs and mids seem fairly capable). Planning a cross-country road trip and suspect I’ll play around with the settings a bit more on the road.Did you have to readjust your bass, mid and tremble after installing the amp? How do you have yours set - mind posting a pic of your setting? I am awful at getting those set correctly, too many years flying helo's LOL.
I’m glad this is the consensusWow, the little Beatsonic magic box makes a HUGE difference!
Yeah, huge improvement right!Wow, the little Beatsonic magic box makes a HUGE difference!
Says it’s a Class A/B amp in the specs, I doubt the factory is a class D but I could be wrongIt has double the number of channels at 8 channels and it is upgrading a Class D stock amp.
I think this was developed to enhance the stock speakers and not intended to power all aftermarket speakers. It will probably power new speakers, but not as well as it would if you were trying to upgrade the entire system with a new amp.
According to this press release by Pioneer, it's a Class D amp - Pioneer Premium Sound System to Be Factory-Installed in 2024 LEXUS GX SUVs | News Releases | News and Events | About Us | Pioneer
Where did you see that it was different?
Right! Best $800 bucks spent ever IMO.Got the Beat-Sonic in the truck today ... the radio issue has been solved... sounds like the way it should have came from the factory.
Curious how this sounds vs the stock ML system. Anyone heard both?Right! Best $800 bucks spent ever IMO.
