Beatsonic Sigma Amplifier for Premium Sound system (2 Viewers)

Did you have to readjust your bass, mid and tremble after installing the amp? How do you have yours set - mind posting a pic of your setting? I am awful at getting those set correctly, too many years flying helo's LOL.
I haven’t played with the settings too much. Have the gain on the Beatsonic amp turned up to about 90% across the board. Turned the high end and low up just a little bit higher than the mid in the equalizer. Have the balance set all the way to the front since I rarely have people in the back seat (and I just find it weird to have music coming at you from behind). I would normally turn the base up more than the treble, but worried that the stock speakers can’t handle it (the stock Pioneer highs and mids seem fairly capable). Planning a cross-country road trip and suspect I’ll play around with the settings a bit more on the road.

Does anyone know why the price is significantly higher than their other very similar offerings for other vehicles? I'm currently putting some stuff together to add a JL 10TW3 somewhere in the back and it looks like this would make it so a line output converter isn't needed? In that $350-$400 range I'd definitely be in, but $800 is definitely up there. Does this have increased power over the stock amp in case you wanted to upgrade other speakers?

It has double the number of channels at 8 channels and it is upgrading a Class D stock amp.

I think this was developed to enhance the stock speakers and not intended to power all aftermarket speakers. It will probably power new speakers, but not as well as it would if you were trying to upgrade the entire system with a new amp.

Says it’s a Class A/B amp in the specs, I doubt the factory is a class D but I could be wrong

This amp in the way it sounds has moments where it sounds strange

(5) Front tweeter and door gain …. This I get I think

The front door gain (8)

Is this amp just bridging power to the front tweeter and door speakers?

Just got done installing the Beatsonic upgrade. Fairly easy install except if you have large hands. It was hard for me to get the harness plug removed from the factory amp. I had to make a tool in order to pull back the release tab. Once that was accomplished it's just a matter of feeding the harness wiring above the carpet to where you want to fasten the amp. You have to remove the 2 front 50 T bolts and loosen the 2 rear bolts in order to tilt driver's seat back in order to get to the factory amp.
The video shows the Beatsonic secured with zip ties to the bottom of the seat. I used the Velcro that came with the kit and mounted it under the seat on the carpet. It's a little farther back than I would like in case the seat is moved all the way back. It stays really secure as I had to pull it up to do some tuning. That was another reason I used the Velcro mount. It was tough to pull it off.
It sounded great right out of the box and even better after I did some tuning. The sound is a huge upgrade. Robust bass and more clarity.
All in all I feel it was well worth the $800. It sounds better than the ML system and an easy install. It sounds much better than my wife's Genesis with their premium system.
